"Patient" refers to individuals receiving care from Providers using the Vectorsoft platform. "Platform" refers to the website and software provided by Vectorsoft, accessible through various devices or applications.
By accessing, registering, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization (e.g., a healthcare clinic), you represent and guarantee that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should refrain from using the Platform and Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you are either a licensed healthcare provider, a representative of a healthcare facility, or another authorized user with the necessary rights to access and use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using the Services.
Grant of License: Subject to these Terms, Vectorsoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): If you subscribe to RCM services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and cooperate in the submission and collection of insurance claims or patient payments.

Security Measures: Vectorsoft uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect the security of your data, including encryption and access control measures. Pharmacy Networks: Vectorsoft does not endorse or guarantee the services of any specific pharmacy. Users have the flexibility to send prescriptions to any pharmacy in the network, but Vectorsoft does not assume responsibility for the fulfillment of prescriptions.
Termination by Vectorsoft: Vectorsoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user that violates these Terms, engages in illegal activities, or disrupts the functioning of the platform. Termination by User: You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by contacting us. Any outstanding fees or obligations incurred before termination will remain due.
